In my experience as an intuitive healer, I have seen the impact and power that imbalances in beliefs and emotions can have on a person's energy field, attracting low vibrational non-physical entities. But by gaining understanding around past experiences and releasing negative emotions, you, as individuals, can release these entities and reclaim power.

When it comes to higher vibrational entities, like angels and spirit guides, they, in reality, are often curated aspects of oneself until the person can integrate these higher aspects into reality. However, lower vibrational entities can also pretend to be higher vibrational entities, making discernment crucial to success. The best way to navigate these realms of reality is by going within and trusting yourself over other minds. Plant seeds in your brain that you truly believe in.

Empowerment involves the power of the conscious and subconscious mind and non-physical aspects of ourselves. On the physical level, it consists in setting healthy boundaries, effectively communicating your needs and desires, and taking responsibility for positive results from your actions.

On the non-physical conscious and subconscious mind level, however, it requires using positive habits, accessing your inner wisdom and intuition, trusting your instincts, and developing self-awareness to accomplish happiness.

Stay connected to the earth below and the divine power source above/within to tap into a line of energy that runs through you, connecting you to the world and the universe.

Take care of your physical and mental health. Make time for exercise, healthy eating, and activities that bring good, like joy and relaxation.

Surround Yourself with Positive Influences

Surround yourself with people who support and uplift you rather than those who bring you down or hold you back. By creating the perfect scene, you can create the perfect life.
